By booking or using any aspect of our services, you agree to become bound by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do let us know at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 100% charge of your original appointment fee, pro rata subscription fee, or value of your Gift Card.

This does not apply if the time of a booking to the time of the appointment is less than 12 hours, as long as the appointment is cancelled no more than 15 minutes after the time of booking. If you cannot make your appointment you can always email or text us out of hours to cancel, you do not have to wait until the practice is open.

Lateness:

Unfortunately, late arrival to, or late commencement of your scheduled appointment may result in reduced treatment time, at full treatment price.

Personal Details:

A client consultation card is required to be completed by new clients before any treatment can commence and it is a health and safety requirement. All information on client record cards is held with the strictest confidence.

Please always inform us if you are undergoing any new medical treatment, taking new medication, develop any allergies, have undertaken any other type of treatments in the last 14 days, or are pregnant/trying to become pregnant, or have or had cancer treatment in the past. It may be advised not to proceed with a treatment for your own benefit, health and safety. Your personal information will not be passed on to third parties however, we may use this information to contact clients with promotions from time to time – please do let us know if you’d prefer not to be contacted
